Sleep

We holistically analyse your diet, how much you move, habits, routines and thought patterns. Once we understand the whole picture of you, your coach will help you make sustainable, long-term changes that make restful sleep a piece of cake.

As doctors, we’ve seen first-hand that caloric restriction diets don’t work. Any weight loss you do achieve will typically only last six months.

Instead, we’ll teach you how to eat healthily for life. You’ll learn the science behind how a balanced diet can optimise your health. Then, with your coach’s full support, how to change your eating habits, tastes and gut health — for good.

Fitness

Movement is medicine. Are you getting your dose?

Exercise is perhaps the most powerful drug out there. It can help us live longer, avoid or reduce symptoms of chronic illness and improve both mental and physical wellbeing.

But we know it’s difficult to get started and keep up momentum. We’ll help create an exercise routine that works for you, with your unique goals and limitations front of mind.

With your coach’s support, you’ll re-evaluate your own relationships — closing the chapter on those that take more than they give and learning how to open yourself up to new connections.

Fatty liver disease

Manageable lifestyle changes to take care of your liver.

Fatty liver disease is a significant health problem and, in the UK alone, as many as 1 in 3 adults may be suffering from the early stages of its most common form: non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). The good news is that simple lifestyle changes can help reduce the gradual build up of fat in the liver, which characterises NAFLD.

By supporting you to eat a more balanced diet, be more physically active and manage your weight, our coaches will help ensure your liver stays in great shape for years to come.

Skin Issues

Restore your confidence and your skin’s health

Your skin is your body’s largest organ and creams can only do so much for its health. We believe in treating your skin through the gut.

Your coach will help you create a tailored nutrition plan, packed with fermented, microbiome-healing foods. In just a few weeks, you could see clear improvement in the overall condition of your skin.

 

High cholesterol

Make small shifts to bring your cholesterol back to optimal.

High blood pressure

Ready to take the pressure off?

Hypertension, or high blood pressure affects one in four of us and is one of the leading causes of premature death. Thankfully, it’s exceptionally treatable.

Our holistic approach focuses on improving your nutrition and boosting your activity to address the underlying cause, rather than just the symptoms, of your hypertension. Our coaches have even helped our clients reduce or stop medication, with the help of their GP.

Arthritis

Lose weight and minimise inflammation with sustainable shifts.

Most typical diets, like keto or paleo, aren’t right for those looking to improve their arthritis. Crucially, though they help lose weight in the short-term, they don’t help you avoid inflammatory foods, which can make pain and other symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis worse.

Your coach will help you create a delicious, sustainable nutrition and movement plan that helps you minimise inflammation and maximise energy and find the right supplements for you.

Pre-diabetes

Prevent type two diabetes in a few months.

Around 10% of the UK’s population have type two diabetes. In some communities, the figure is as high as 40%. Convenience food is loaded with sugar, which makes it hard to avoid.

Whether you’re pre-diabetic or concerned you’re eating too much sugar, your coach can help. With approval from your doctor (so that we don’t suggest anything that contradicts your GP’s advice) you’ll follow evidence-based guidance and make manageable diet and lifestyle changes to get to a healthier state — and stay that way.
